LockDevice(DeviceDescription,ApplicationDescription[]) Method
Obtains a device from the Digital Lab (UFT Mobile) lab and locks it, so that only the current UFT Developer test can perform actions on it.

Parameters
- description
- The DeviceDescription defined in Digital Lab (UFT Mobile).
- appsToInstall
- An ApplicationDescription array representing additional applications to install.
